Pejman Jamshidi to play in ‘Shark’

ifilm star of comedy series ‘Pejman’ has joined new cinematic project ‘Shark’.

Directed by Ali Atshani and produced by Mohammad Ahmadi, the new flick has picked Pejman Jamshidi to be the first star of many to cast in the new movie.

Born in 1977, Jamshidi was a professional footballer who played as midfielder for Persepolis, Saipa, Pas Tehran and some other football clubs. He made his debut TV series with ‘Medical Building’, but his role in the TV series ‘Pejman’, directed by Soroush Sehat, made him a household name.

‘Shark’, which won its production permit yearly in 2020, was scheduled to start shooting in April; however, due to the coronavirus pandemic the filming has been postponed.

According to a media report, the film will have a big cast list and in the days to come the rest of the actors will be disclosed to the media.
